I am approved by dozens of the largest national Mortgage Lenders to provide the most up-to-date wholesale Non-QM Programs available, as well as Conventional, Agency, FHA, USDA, and VA Loan Products.

As a Real Estate Broker, I am in a very good position to help you search for and find a home or investment property in today’s challenging real estate market.

Independence:

  • As an Independent Discount Mortgage Broker, I am not tied to any specific mortgage lender. I have the flexibility to work with various lenders, including banks, credit unions, and private mortgage companies. This independence allows me to offer you a wider range of mortgage products and options.

Wholesale Discount Mortgage:

  • Instead of dealing directly with retail consumers, as an Independent Wholesale Mortgage Broker, I focus on the Wholesale channel. I work with Mortgage Lenders who offer wholesale rates and programs. These Wholesale Lenders do not typically market directly to consumers but rely on brokers like me to connect them with borrowers.

Client Services:

  • I provide personalized services to my clients. First, I assess their financial situation, credit history, and mortgage needs in order to recommend suitable loan options. I also assist in completing all the necessary mortgage applications and gathering of the necessary documentation.

Lender Relationships:

  • I build relationships with many and various mortgage lenders to enable me to access a wide range of mortgage products and to negotiate competitive terms and interest rates on behalf of my clients.

Costs and Compensation:

  • My compensation is typically paid for by the Lender. For certain types of Non-QM Products, I need to structure the loan as “borrower-paid” compensation. It’s important for borrowers to understand how I am compensated and whether any fees apply.

Regulation:

  • I am licensed and regulated at the state and national level. My personal NMLS ID is #2386273, and my company NMLS # is 2431410. My CA DRE license number is #01452367.

Market Knowledge:

  • I stay informed about the mortgage market, interest rates, and changes in lending regulations. This knowledge allows me to provide up-to-date advice to my clients.
